The property owners of Las Brisas del Cielo will ultimately form a home owners association which will be responsible for the following:

• Security
• Maintenance and upkeep of common areas, roads, and gate.
• Coffee maintenance
• General appearance and upkeep of the property
• Maintenance and upkeep of the infrastructure, i.e., water, electric, and telephone lines.

It is anticipated that homeowners fees will average $75 monthly.
This includes not only the above, but also a part time maintenance person.

Efrain has been the caretaker on the property for almost three decades...he has agreed to stay on...although that ultimate decision is the homeowners .
